Company Details:This company is a broker and offers coverage for vehicles as far back as 1989. The website is uninformative and quite annoying as they play an advertisement for their product in the background.  The site does not provide much in the way of information for the consumer. When we called the call center, we asked if they had a BBB ranking. The representative said that they have an “A+” rating and that it was on their website. When I challenged the representative he directed me to the BBB rating of the insurance company and not Certus. I informed the representative that their BBB rating was in fact an “F”. They proceeded to hang up on us. As a result of misleading information, “F” BBB ranking and the inability to get meaningful product information and online quotes this company gets 0 stars.
