Company: A-ARP

Company Details:This is a newer online company (July 2009) and it is not related to the AARP. This is a warranty broker that represents several of the smaller warranty companies. We were unable to locate any information on this company and when we called the 1-800# we spoke with a receptionist who could not answer our questions but wanted to take our personal information. When we asked if they were a member of the BBB the receptionist did not know. We located them on the National BBB search and they are not an accredited company and have a ranking of "C".
The site is light on providing content to the consumer and is difficult to navigate. There is no ability to get an online quote and as such consumers are unable to get a price without talking to a sales rep.
