The website is misleading in thinking you can get a quote online, but actually it is just a way to capture your information and then get someone to contact you. When we called the customer service center, and asked a few basic questions, they indicated that if we were not interested in buying a warranty at that time that they had to hang up. They were very quick to hard sell and not answer direct questions.
